Strawberry-Mascarpone Trifle: I would make one big one from which everyone can serve themselves
Oreo truffles: basically Oreos crushed with cream cheese and coated with white chocolate
Mini lemon meringue pies or mini lemon tarts

Mini cheesecakes: probably regular cheesecake with a chocolate cookie crust and a fruit sauce

Almond bread pudding with raspberry sauce: I would make one big one from which everyone can serve themselves

I vote for the oreos. The strawberry thing looks yummy, but could be messy once you start serving people.
The top two look delicious, as does the bread pudding. I'd vote one chocolate, one non-chocolate.
Hey, does that mean you're flying through Los Angeles this weekend??
They all look amazing and so you really can't go wrong. I definitely agree with the one chocolate and one non-chocolate. I guess If I had to choose two I'd vote for the Oreo truffles and the mini cheesecakes as as they look like the easiest to manage and eat without getting all messy.
Thanks for the feedback ladies! I generally agree that one chocolate and one non-chocolate is a good move.
After getting a peek at the menu (quiche, breakfast potatoes, croissants, scones, fruit salad), I decided on lemon tarts (made in a mini muffin tin and topped with a fresh raspberry) and the Oreo truffles (because I am fixated on them and how delicious they are). Tomorrow will be a big baking day!
Sarah, we will fly into LAX on March 20th and out of LAX on the 23rd, but we are travelling with Brian's mom and sister, who don't love big trips, so we're really just in and out of the airport. One day soon(ish), Brian and I will visit you in your fabulous neighborhood, I promise!
